We proudly offer a comprehensive Health Guarantee to give you confidence and peace of mind as you welcome your new feline companion home.

✅ 72-Hour General Health Guarantee

We guarantee that your kitten will be in good health at the time of pickup or delivery.

  • You have 72 hours from the time of receiving your kitten to take them to a licensed veterinarian for a wellness exam.

  • If your vet discovers a serious health issue or contagious illness during this period, you must contact us immediately with written documentation from your veterinarian.

  • If confirmed, we will offer either:

    • A full refund, or

    • A replacement kitten of equal value (based on availability)

Note: Minor or treatable conditions (e.g., worms, mild respiratory symptoms) are common in young kittens and are not considered grounds for a refund.

🧬 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

All of our breeding cats are genetically tested and cleared of major hereditary diseases known to affect the Maine Coon breed.

We offer a 1-year guarantee against life-threatening genetic or congenital defects, including but not limited to:

  • Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM)

  • Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD)

  • Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA)

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your kitten with a covered genetic condition within the first year of ownership, we will:

  • Provide a replacement kitten (if available), or

  • Offer a partial refund, depending on the circumstance

Each Maine Coon kitten from us comes with:

  • A full health record

  • Vaccination and deworming history

  • Documentation of veterinary exams and genetic testing

  • Feeding and care guide for a smooth transition

📌 Buyer Responsibilities

To keep your Health Guarantee valid, please ensure that you:

  • Take your kitten for a veterinary check-up within 72 hours of pickup/delivery

  • Provide routine veterinary care, vaccinations, and a healthy living environment

  • Do not expose your kitten to unsafe or unsanitary conditions

  • Do not breed the kitten (this guarantee is void if the kitten is bred)
